A Street Science Boxing class is unique in that no two classes are exactly alike. You will experience a wide variety of movement training, coordination building exercises, combination striking, body weight exercises, and interactive drills. These are fun, informative, and designed to keep your attention.
All of these activities build overall athleticism and competence in the system. You will also learn solid principles of personal protection and self development- from the physical to the psychological- So that you can greatly increase the odds of staying safe even if you are confronted with a dangerous situation.
A very common misconception about this training is that you have to be “in shape” to start. This is simply not true, and may well be the main unfortunate misconception as to why people never start training. Training will start at your level and pace. You will gradually be able to handle higher and more difficult levels of training. With this comes the satisfaction of developing a very useful skill set.
The truth is that the practice will get you in shape. Probably the best shape of your life if you stick with it.
